Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Associate degree in Business, Logistics or International Trade is preferred.
• Experience in data entry, document processing, billing, or payment processing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing documents and payments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and document management systems.
• Ability to work with large volumes of paperwork and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Scan, upload, and organize paperwork accurately and quickly.
• Ensure documents are correctly labeled and categorized.
• Review paperwork for completeness and legibility before processing.
• Verify payments against supporting documents.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve issues before submission.
• Maintain electronic records and ensure audit readiness.
• Coordinate with teams to clarify missing or incorrect information.
• Escalate unresolved discrepancies to supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial data.
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets.
