Logix BPO in Cebu City, Philippines is seeking an experienced Back Office Specialist to support a US-based client handling healthcare and commercial insurance operations. The role emphasizes maintaining insurance records, processing documentation, and coordinating with brokers, clients, carriers, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of insurance workflows, and be comfortable working onsite full-time on a US graveyard shift.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in healthcare insurance and/or commercial insurance is required.
• Experience in insurance back-office operations, policy administration, processing, or documentation.
• Strong understanding of insurance workflows and related documentation.
• Stable employment history in insurance-related positions preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Comfortable working onsite on a full-time basis.
• Willing to work a US/graveyard shift.
• Familiarity with Airtable, HubSpot, or insurance-related platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update insurance information and records using Airtable and other relevant platforms.
• Organize, upload, review, and validate insurance documents such as proposals, policies, endorsements, ACORD forms, and certificates.
• Assist with submissions, renewals, endorsements, and binding.
• Prepare invoices and support billing requirements.
• Process compliance documentation, surplus lines forms, and other regulatory paperwork.
• Prepare Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and assist with policy issuance.
• Draft and respond to written communications related to documentation, policy requirements, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers, brokers, clients, and internal departments to ensure timely processing.
• Review records for accuracy and completeness and assist with audits and document control.
• Ensure all information and documentation are properly maintained and updated.
