Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a Medical Records Retrieval Associate to join our healthcare BPO team. You will request, track, retrieve, review, and organize medical records from providers and facilities with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process medical records retrieval requests accurately and within established turnaround times.
• Contact hospitals, clinics, physician offices, laboratories, and other healthcare facilities through approved channels.
• Submit and follow up on medical records requests via online portals, email, fax, and other designated systems.
• Monitor request status and perform timely follow-ups on pending records.
• Review received records for completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation.
• Upload, index, and organize medical records in the appropriate systems.
• Maintain accurate tracking logs and update case/request statuses.
• Escalate incomplete, delayed, or difficult-to-retrieve records according to established procedures.
• Handle protected health information (PHI) in compliance with company policies and applicable privacy regulations.
• Meet productivity, quality, accuracy, and turnaround-time targets.
• Perform other administrative and back-office healthcare support tasks as assigned.
• You do not need previous BPO or healthcare experience; training provided.
