Job summary

TOA Global is seeking a detail-driven US Junior Bookkeeper to join our international division in the Philippines. You will manage day-to-day transactions, ledger maintenance, and payroll processing for multiple client entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in accounting or payroll and a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance. Proficiency with QuickBooks Online is preferred, with an emphasis on independent, accurate work in a global team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or payroll experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is an advantage.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online is required or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day transaction processing for client accounts.
• Perform general ledger maintenance and reconciliations.
• Process payroll for multiple clients and post payroll journal entries.
• Prepare foundational financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheets) and ensure alignment with client records.
• Maintain organized client files and proactively communicate with the team.
