Job summary

Conduent Philippines is seeking an Accounting Associate with audit or vendor management experience to join our finance team onsite on a night shift.

The role focuses on vendor accounts, invoice processing, payment tracking, reconciliations, and supporting internal and external audits with accurate documentation.

Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance and 1–3 years of related accounting experience; strong Excel/ERP skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of accounting experience with exposure to audit and vendor management/accounts payable functions.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
• Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to work onsite and on a night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor accounts, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and account reconciliations.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Assist in internal and external audit activities by gathering and validating required documents.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Generate reports and provide analysis related to vendor transactions and audit findings.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and controls.
