Job summary

Conduent Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Fixed Assets Accountant to join our finance team on-site night shift. You will maintain asset register, assist in depreciation schedules, and coordinate asset movements across locations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in accountancy and at least 2 years in fixed assets or general accounting, with proficiency in SAP/Oracle/NetSuite and MS Excel. You will support month-end close, asset reporting for audits, and ensure capitalization policy

• At least 2 years of experience in fixed assets accounting or general accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the fixed asset register and ensuring assets are properly recorded and updated.
• Support tagging and physical tracking of fixed assets across all locations.
• Prepare depreciation schedules and monthly depreciation journal entries.
