Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of accounts payable experience.
• Experience using Bill.com, Ramp, NetSuite or related ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of vendor bills accurately and on time.
• Code invoices to the correct entity, department, location and GL account.
• Verify invoice details, prevent duplicates, maintain supporting documentation.
• Manage Bill.com inbox, route bills for approval and reconcile vendor statements.
• Respond to vendor payment inquiries and maintain vendor accounts.
