Job summary

Jobtailor in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to manage invoice processing for a hospital environment. You will pull PO lines in OnBase, adjust prices or quantities, and resolve discrepancies with vendors.

The role requires 3+ years in AP, familiarity with 3-way matching, and experience with Workday and OnBase. Night shift US hours and PH holidays are expected, with temporary WFH and eventual on-site work in Alabang.

Qualifications

• Three years accounts payable experience, preferably in hospital setting.
• Experience with 3-way matching is preferred.
• Experience with Workday and OnBase is preferred.
• Willing to work night shift US hours and PH holidays.
• Must be able to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa when office resumes (temp WFH).

Responsibilities

• Process invoices in OnBase, pulling PO lines and updating for price and/or quantity.
• Troubleshoot PO invoices with missing PO lines and discrepancies.
• Review and update EDI invoices in Workday (data corrections).
• Communicate with Procurement on invoicing discrepancies in OnBase and Workday.
• Manually process credits/PO adjustments in Workday; confirm original invoice paid before credits.
