Job summary

Connext is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Cebu onsite team on the night shift. You will handle high-volume AP processing, invoicing, coding, approvals, and vendor account management to ensure accurate documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 3+ years accounts payable experience.
• At least 1 year using Bill.com.
• Experience processing high volumes of AP transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of vendor bills in Bill.com accurately and on time.
• Code invoices to correct entity, department, location, and GL accounts.
• Verify invoice details, prevent duplicates, and maintain documentation.
• Reconcile vendor statements and respond to payment inquiries.
• Ensure timely period-end processing and support audits.
