Job summary

Connext is seeking an Accounting Customer Support specialist to assist U.S. client onboarding, invoicing, and ongoing account maintenance.

The role focuses on ensuring accurate data, portal activations, and timely invoice submissions across multiple systems. Ideal candidates have a background in accounting or business with audit exposure and at least two years in customer support or account management, ready to collaborate with Credit & Collections and internal teams in a fast‑paced BPO

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with at least two years in customer support or related fields.
• Background in Accounting or Business with audit experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and account setup activities for new customers.
• Maintain customer account information within internal systems and third-party platforms.
• Support vendor registration, portal activation, and punchout implementation.
• Track onboarding progress and ensure required documentation is completed.
• Manage e-invoicing setup and maintenance across portals.
• Research and resolve invoice submission failures and billing discrepancies.
• Submit invoices according to customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Credit & Collections on payment issues.
• Serve as a point of contact for customer requirements and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, portal requirements, and documentation.
• Monitor communications and ensure compliance with processes.
• Provide support and training to internal teams on SFR requirements.
• Maintain trackers and SOPs.
• Audit and reconcile accounts bi-weekly.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding and invoicing workflows.
