Connext is seeking an Accounting Associate to join the US client accounting team. The role focuses on handling high-volume accounts payable processing, coding, and vendor management using Bill.com and standard workflows.

You will verify bills, maintain records, reconcile statements, and assist with audits. A bachelor's degree in accounting and at least one year of experience are preferred; skills in Excel and common accounting software are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience as an Accounting Clerk, Bookkeeper, or similar role.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and any accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).

Responsabilidades

• Enter high volumes of vendor bills in Bill.com accurately and on schedule.
• Code bills to the correct entity, department, and general ledger account.
• Attach complete supporting documentation to each bill.
• Verify bill totals, dates, terms, and remittance details before entry.
• Identify and prevent duplicate bill entries.
• Route bills through established approval workflows and monitor pending approvals; maintain bill records.
