Job summary

MCVO Talent Outsourcing Services is seeking an experienced bookkeeper in the Philippines to support accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, payroll, and monthly financial statements. The role requires high attention to detail and reliable performance, with English fluency in writing and speaking.

Shifts align with early morning EST, offering a 8-hour daily schedule within a 9-hour shift. The candidate will handle bank reconciliations, tax reports, and admin tasks while coordinating with clients

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Intermediate QuickBooks QBO.
• Intermediate Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Processes accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Performs invoicing and cash posting.
• Maintains basic bookkeeping records.
• Reconciles bank and credit card statements.
• Prepares monthly financial statements.
• Prepares weekly updates of the 13 “4 week” periods.
• Provides payroll support for weekly payroll.
• Prepares monthly sales tax reports.
• Assists with general admin support.
• Communicates with client and technical staff to escalate issues.
• Identifies issues that cannot be resolved remotely.
