Job summary

TOA Global Pty in the Philippines is hiring a US Junior Bookkeeper to join our international division. This entry-level role focuses on day-to-day transaction processing, general ledger maintenance, and payroll processing to keep client accounts compliant and ready for strategic decisions.

You'll work with QuickBooks Online and Desktop, handle payroll activities, and prepare foundational financial reports such as P&L and Balance Sheets.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or payroll experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is an advantage.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or ability to learn quickly.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day transaction processing, general ledger maintenance, and payroll processing.
• Record and reconcile bank, credit card, and loan transactions.
• Post journal entries and prepare foundational financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheets).
• Maintain organized digital work papers and communicate with the team.
