Job summary

One Call Solution is seeking a Data Analytics Supervisor (Dispatch Operations) to bridge real-time logistics and business intelligence. You will lead a team of dispatchers and analysts, shaping KPIs, forecasting, and dashboards to improve Cost Per Delivery and OTIF.

This onsite role requires night shifts and strong data-driven decision making. You will leverage SQL, Excel, and BI platforms to identify efficiency losses, build forecasting models, and maintain CAD and fleet systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or related field.
• 3+ years in dispatch, fleet, or logistics operations, incl. 1+ years in supervision.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of dispatchers and analysts on graveyard shifts.
• Establish team KPIs, scheduling, and performance culture.
• Escalate real-time bottlenecks and high-priority incidents.
