Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and handle incoming phone calls from customers requesting service
• Coordinate and speak directly with field drivers about job assignments and status updates
• Log and track service requests through our dispatch software
• Work from provided scripts so customer interactions stay consistent and professional
• Watch and handle service requests coming through partner network platforms
• Keep accurate records of calls and jobs in our tracking system
• Give customers timely updates on service status and timing
• Escalate urgent or complex issues appropriately

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience with dispatch or field service management software
• Strong phone communication skills with clear, professional English
• Ability to pick up and follow structured call scripts quickly
• Comfortable coordinating with field-based team members in real time
• Dependable, precise, and able to work under little supervision
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
