Job summary

Conduent is seeking a Data Analytics & Business Insights leader in the Philippines to supervise dashboard development, analytics modeling, and stakeholder reporting. You will ensure data integrity, govern data quality, and drive data-driven decisions across functions.

You will lead a team of data analysts, coordinate multiple analytics projects, and communicate findings to senior leaders. A hybrid work setup and night shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive experience in Data Analytics, BI, and Reporting.
• Proven leadership experience managing a team of Data, ETL, and Reporting Developers.
• Strong background in data warehousing, ETL processes, data visualization, and analytics tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule.
• Amenable to a hybrid work arrangement.

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business insights.

Qualifications:
