Job summary

One Call Solution, a BPO leader, seeks a Senior Data Analytics Manager to drive analytics operations, shape data strategy, and deliver insights across enterprise reporting.

You will lead a team of analysts and BI developers, build dashboards for SLA tracking and profitability, and collaborate with executives to align analytics with strategic goals. Strong SQL, Power BI/Tableau/Looker skills, and 7+ years in analytics are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics or business intelligence, including 3+ years managing direct reports in a BPO environment.
• Hands-on SQL and experience with modern BI tools and data warehouses.
• Strong ability to translate data into strategic recommendations for executives and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing analytics and BI team.
• Build real-time dashboards for BPO metrics (SLA tracking, workforce utilization, CSAT, AHT).
• Partner with executive leadership to align analytics with business goals and reporting frameworks.
• Oversee reporting systems and data pipelines with emphasis on data hygiene and confidentiality.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Translate complex findings into compelling stories for internal and external stakeholders.
