Job summary

Bounty Fresh Food, Inc. is seeking a capable Dispatch Supervisor to oversee daily operations, schedule feed deliveries, and assign trucks. You will coordinate with farm representatives, monitor driver performance, and ensure accurate reporting in SAP systems.

The role requires 1–2 years in dispatching and a background in industrial engineering or business studies. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing documentation, and coaching field staff.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in dispatching & logistics.
Must be a graduate of BS Industrial & Manufacturing Engr. or BS Business Course.
Ability to orient, coach and motivate operators, drivers, guards and loaders.

Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day operations of the department.
Prepare daily feed delivery schedule.
Assign trucks for delivery and issue delivery documents.
Encode and update finished feeds delivery reports and related reports.
Conduct daily feeds inventory and coordinate with farm representatives.
Monitor drivers to meet delivery standards and support other departments as needed.
Submit monthly and weekly delivery reports and SAP-related documents.
Ensure policies and procedures are implemented to achieve objectives.
