Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Client Solutions Consultant - Data & Analytics to guide client discovery, design and delivery of analytics solutions. This remote role follows a night shift schedule aligned to Eastern Time, with collaboration across multiple delivery centers and teams.

You will lead data integration, dashboards, and governance efforts, ensuring accurate reporting and scalable deployments for our clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a data-related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, BI, or data operations within a BPO.
• End-to-end analytics: requirements, sourcing, cleansing, validation, transformation, visualization, storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Data & Analytics expert during client discovery conversations.
• Lead implementations, onboarding, workflow configurations, QA design, and dashboard validations for new partnerships.
• Coordinate with clients, delivery centers, recruiting, sales and account management on implementation plans, risks and timelines.
• Partner with delivery center recruiting and operations to define roles, evaluate candidates, interview applicants, and train teams.
• Provide post-launch advisory support and investigate data quality or reporting issues; recommend corrective actions.
