One Call Solution is seeking a Data Analytics Supervisor (Dispatch Operations) to bridge real-time logistics and business intelligence. You will lead a team of dispatchers and analysts, shaping KPIs, forecasting, and dashboards to improve Cost Per Delivery and OTIF.
This onsite role requires night shifts and strong data-driven decision making. You will leverage SQL, Excel, and BI platforms to identify efficiency losses, build forecasting models, and maintain CAD and fleet systems.

The Data Analytics Supervisor (Dispatch Operations) serves as the critical link between real-time field logistics and business intelligence. Operating in a high-velocity environment, this role leads a dedicated team of dispatchers and operational analysts to streamline routing, enforce SLA compliance, and minimize service delays. By transforming raw fleet data into actionable insights, you will directly drive operational efficiency and cost performance across the organization.
Key responsibilities
Manage, mentor, and evaluate a team of dispatchers and operational analysts working the graveyard shift
Establish clear team KPIs, manage scheduling, and foster a performance-driven operational culture
Serve as the senior escalation point for real-time dispatch bottlenecks and high-priority service incidents
Query and evaluate fleet, dispatch, and routing data using SQL, Excel, and BI platforms (Power BI/Tableau) to identify efficiency losses
Build dynamic forecasting models to anticipate volume spikes and adjust cross-shift staffing and fleet allocation
Design, deploy, and maintain automated executive dashboards tracking core metrics like Cost Per Delivery, OTIF, and fleet idle time
Oversee Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Fleet Management Systems to ensure accurate, real-time routing and asset visibility
Continuously refine dispatch workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) based on root-cause analysis of performance gaps
About you
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in dispatch, fleet, or logistics operations, including 1+ years in a supervisory or team lead capacity
Advanced proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel
Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau
Familiarity with fleet management software (e.g., Samsara, Verizon Connect, ORTEC)
Proven ability to make calm, data-backed decisions under real-time pressure
Strong root-cause analysis skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Full willingness to work on-site at Eastwood, Quezon City during standard night/graveyard shift hours
