Job summary

Security Bank is seeking a Customer Advisor - New Accounts in Cebu City to handle in-house selling, cross-selling, and management of account portfolios to meet sales targets. You will process opening of peso/dollar CASA accounts, oversee placements, roll-overs, renewals and terminations, and ensure on-time service delivery per bank standards.

The role requires collaboration with branch teams, strong customer service, and compliance with regulatory and risk management frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in sales and operations in branch banking, preferably with new accounts.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and customer service orientation.
• Understanding of regulatory, quality control and risk management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and cross-sell bank products and services.
• Handle opening of peso/dollar CASA accounts and related placements.
• Process transactions accurately in line with bank policies and service standards.
• Provide guidance to customers, resolve complaints with BCM coordination, and ensure satisfaction.
