Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and cross-sell bank products and services.
• Handle opening of new peso/dollar CASA accounts and placements.
• Roll-over/renewal, termination, and payments for matured placements.
• Ensure on-time, accurate service delivery per Bank standards.
• Manage customer complaints and coordinate with BCM for resolution.
