Responsibilities

• Identifies customer needs and nurtures relationships through marketing calls and cross-selling of bank products and services.
• Assists walk-in customers by advising on bank products to meet their needs.
• Manages and resolves customer complaints by coordinating with BCM or other units to ensure satisfaction.
• Processes over-the-counter transactions in line with Bank policies and service standards.
• Acts as primary co-custodian to Main Vault Door and Cash Safe, performing end-of-day cash verification per policy.
