Job summary

Security Bank is seeking a Customer Advisor / New Accounts - Officer for the Cebu Streetscape Branch in Cebu City. The role focuses on in-house selling, cross-selling of bank products, and managing account portfolios to achieve sales targets.

The candidate will process opening of peso/dollar CASA accounts, perform roll-overs/renewals, and ensure on-time, accurate service delivery in line with bank standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree course.
• With at least 3 years of combined sales and operations experience in branch banking, preferably handling new account transactions.
• Must have good interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and a strong customer service orientation.
• Has an in-depth understanding of the regulatory, quality control, and risk management framework.

Responsibilities

• Identifies customer needs and cross-sells bank products and services.
• Processes opening of peso/dollar CASA accounts and placements, renewals, terminations, and mature placements.
• Handles over-the-counter transactions following bank policies and service standards.
• Assists walk-in customers with product information and account services.
• Monitors customer complaints and coordinates for timely resolution.
