Job summary

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree course.
• At least 3 years of combined sales and operations experience in branch banking.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service orientation.
• Solid understanding of regulatory, quality control, and risk management framework.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and cross-sell bank products.
• Assist walk-in customers with product guidance.
• Handle customer complaints with BCM coordination to ensure resolution.
• Process over-the-counter transactions per bank policies.
• Verify end-of-day cash and vault procedures in line with policy.
