Job summary

Security Bank is seeking a Customer Advisor for New Accounts at the Clark-Angeles branch in Angeles City, Pampanga. You will handle in-house selling, cross-selling of bank products, and manage a portfolio to meet sales targets, including opening peso/dollar CASA accounts and ensuring on-time service delivery.

Responsibilities include advising walk-in customers, handling customer complaints, processing transactions, and supporting end-of-day cash verification in line with Bank policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree course.
• At least 1 year of combined sales and operations experience in branch banking.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and nurture relationships through marketing calls and cross-selling of bank products and services.
• Assist walk-in customers by advising on bank products to meet their needs.
• Process over-the-counter transactions per Bank policies to ensure standard service delivery.
• Manage end-to-day cash verification and vault duties as a primary co-custodian per procedures.
