Responsibilities

• Identifies customer's needs, nurtures relationships, cross-sells bank products and services.
• Assists walk-in customers by advising product options to meet their needs.
• Manages and resolves customer complaints in coordination with BCM.
• Processes over-the-counter transactions in line with Bank policies and service standards.
• Conducts end-of-day verification of cash with the Main Vault Door and Cash Safe.
