Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years of combined sales and operations in branch banking.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with excellent customer service.
• Solid understanding of regulatory, quality control and risk management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Handle in-house selling and cross-selling of bank products to customers.
• Manage account portfolios to achieve sales targets.
• Process opening of new peso/dollar CASA accounts and placements, renewals and terminations.
• Ensure on-time, accurate service delivery in compliance with bank standards.
• Act as primary co-custodian to the Main Vault Door and Cash Safe and perform end-of-day cash verification.
