Job summary

Modern Logistics Inc. seeks a NAV Processor to handle store orders within the Microsoft NAV/ERP system, prepare picking lists and material transfer slips, and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are accurately prepared and dispatched on time.

Responsibilities include checking orders, routes, and priorities, monitoring FIFO/FEFO and expiry dates, coordinating on stock-outs and delivery concerns, maintaining records, and assisting with inventory counts and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate or equivalent.
• No experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and inventory management systems.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail, urgency, and time management.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules.
• Familiarity with RF equipment is an advantage.
• HACCP or IFS certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage store orders in the NAV/ERP system.
• Check orders, routes, and picking priorities for accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor FIFO/FEFO and verify product batches and expiry dates.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff on stock-outs, picking, and delivery concerns.
• Prepare stock-out reports and maintain order-processing records.
• Assist with inventory counting and ensure safety and warehouse procedures.
