Job summary

Restaurant Supply, LLC is seeking an Order Processing Associate to accurately process customer orders and support procurement activities using Oracle NetSuite. This role combines order entry, PO creation, and pricing audits to ensure accurate billing and timely fulfillment across multiple vendors.

You will identify pricing discrepancies, verify vendor quotes, and maintain up-to-date records while collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Operations to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in order processing, procurement or related field.
• Experience with purchase orders, vendor quotes, invoices, and pricing.
• Experience using Oracle NetSuite or another ERP system; NetSuite preferred.
• Strong Excel skills with ability to analyze purchasing data.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders through Oracle NetSuite and other order processing software.
• Create and maintain purchase orders; ensure accuracy of order information.
• Maintain up-to-date order tracking information and file records.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding order status, pricing, availability, and shipment details.
• Collaborate with Sales to resolve order-related issues promptly.
• Assist with customer inquiries related to orders and provide updates.
• Monitor orders through fulfillment and flag potential delays or issues.
• Audit purchase orders against vendor quotes, contracts, pricing and approvals.
• Review vendor invoices against purchase orders to verify pricing and terms.
• Identify pricing discrepancies and purchasing errors; propose corrections.
