Private Advertiser is seeking an Order Management Specialist to support the end-to-end sales order process. You will ensure accurate order entry, timely fulfillment, and strong customer service, acting as the liaison among Sales, Customers, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance.
You will review orders for accuracy, maintain ERP data accuracy in SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and CRM systems, and drive continuous improvement in order cycle times while ensuring compliance with SLAs and company policies.
The role is responsible for supporting the end-to-end sales order process, ensuring accurate order entry, timely fulfillment, and excellent customer service. This role serves as a key liaison among Sales, Customers, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently and in compliance with company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
Process and manage customer sales orders from receipt through fulfillment and invoicing.
Review orders for accuracy, completeness, pricing, contractual compliance and required approvals.
Monitor order status and proactively address issues that may impact delivery timelines.
Maintain order accuracy in ERP systems such as D365, SBA Portal, or similar platforms.
Process order changes, cancellations, returns, and credit requests as needed.
Serve as the primary point of contact for sales agent regarding order inquiries, status updates, and issue resolution.
Provide timely and professional communication to sales and internal stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring a high level of service delivery.
Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, and Collection Cycle teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Coordinate with inventory and planning teams to manage stock availability and delivery commitments.
Escalate and resolve order-related issues impacting on customer satisfaction or business performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate customer records, order documentation, and transaction history.
Support audits by providing required documentation and order records.
Generate and analyze order management reports, KPIs, and service metrics.
Monitor backlog, on-time delivery performance and order cycle times.
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.
Participate in process automation and system enhancement initiatives.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in Sales Order Management, Customer Service, Order Fulfillment, or a related operations role.
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
