DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Encodes accurate order information in the system.
Processes purchase receipts, picking list and delivery receipt and incidents in the system.
Reconciles discrepancies in orders and deliveries.
Monitors negative stock reports in the system.
Prints price tags.
Reconcile inventory count and system count – for DC / Store.
Process quantity inventory adjustment in the system.
Process in the system the write off / shrinkage / store transfers for adjustment in the system.
Prepare reports.
Propose necessary processes to be more efficient and effective.
