Job summary

Healthway Hospital Fairview Inc. (FEU-NRMF Medical Center) in the Philippines is seeking an Inventory Clerk to support supply chain operations.

You will receive, store, and release supplies from the stockroom and update inventory records in the ERP system. You will check and organize inventory documents for Accounts Payable, assist in preparing inventory reports, conduct regular inventory counts, and reconcile actual stocks with system records.

Responsibilities

• Receives, stores, and releases supplies from the stockroom and updates inventory records in the ERP system.
• Checks and organizes inventory documents to make sure they are complete before sending them to the Accounts Payable team.
• Assists in preparing inventory reports and reviewing inventory data.
• Conducts and manages inventory counts, including checking and reconciling actual stocks with system records.
• Performs other related tasks as assigned
