Job summary

RetailWise (Euroasia Research Experts Inc.) in Mandaue is seeking an organized Inventory & Order Processing Clerk to input orders accurately, process receipts and delivery notes, and reconcile system records against physical stock.

You will monitor stock levels, print price tags, adjust counts in the system, prepare periodic reports, and suggest practical processes to improve efficiency in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in order processing or inventory management.
• Exposure to retail, distribution center, or warehouse operations preferred.

• Encodes accurate order information in the system.
• Processes purchase receipts, picking lists, and delivery receipts in the system.
• Reconciles discrepancies in orders and deliveries.
• Monitors negative stock reports in the system.
• Prints price tags.
• Reconcile inventory count and system count – for DC / Store.
• Process quantity inventory adjustment in the system.
• Process in the system the write off / shrinkage / store transfers for adjustment in the system.
• Prepare reports.
• Propose necessary processes to be more efficient and effective.
