Job summary

Trans World Trading Company, Incorporated is seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory & Logistics Support to help maintain accurate stock records and support daily logistics activities in Biñan, Laguna.

You will monitor stock levels, assist with ERP/WMS data, analyze variances, generate reports, track shipments, coordinate with 3PL partners, and participate in cycle counts to improve storage practices and overall efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and support daily stock reconciliation activities.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records in the system (ERP or WMS).
• Analyze inventory variances and coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Generate inventory and logistics-related reports (e.g., stock aging, inventory turnover, delivery status).
• Support logistics operations including tracking of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Assist in coordinating with third‑party logistics (3PL) providers and transport services.
• Participate in periodic physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Recommend improvements in inventory processes and storage practices.
• Provide administrative support for logistics documentation and filing.
• Perform other duties as assigned related to inventory control and logistics support.
