Job summary

A human resources consulting firm is seeking an HR Generalist to manage key HR functions, deliver training programs, and mentor HR associates. The role demands strong organizational and communication skills, with the flexibility to conduct fieldwork nationwide. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields, along with at least 1 year of experience in an HR Generalist role. This position requires willingness to work 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in an HR Generalist role.
• Capability to drive a motorcycle is preferred.
• Willing to conduct field work across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for HR Associates.
• Develop training materials and SOPs for HR processes.
• Conduct coaching sessions and performance assessments.
• Mentor new HR hires and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Travel nationwide as needed to support HR operations.
• Build relationships with site managers and staff.
• Perform additional HR tasks as assigned.
