Qualifications

• Five-plus years of B2B sales or business-development experience preferred.
• Two to three years of sales leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven success in developing new accounts and maintaining a sales pipeline.
• Experience building or expanding a sales team is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish and organize the Manila Sales Department with structure, workflow, reporting, and procedures.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop Sales Executives.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Metro Manila and surrounding markets.
• Generate prospects through field visits, referrals, networking, cold calling, digital leads, and industry contacts.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, needs assessments, and commercial discussions.
• Coach, motivate, and supervise the Manila sales team.
• Set and deliver monthly and annual revenue, volume, gross-profit, and contribution-margin targets.
• Maintain an organized pipeline from leads to accounts activation.
• Personally manage selected strategic and high-value accounts.
• Collaborate with management and operations to prepare competitive, feasible proposals.
