Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Regional Sales Supervisor to drive sales targets across the designated region in the Philippines. The role will lead Account Specialists, develop and execute regional sales plans, and ensure strong field execution to maximize market share and profitability.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing/Business, at least 5 years in sales within relevant industries, and 2 years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5 years of sales experience in Feeds, Poultry, Pet Food, Animal Health, FMCG, or related industries.
• 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Experience managing territories and sales personnel.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for the assigned region and monitor performance against monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies and action plans based on market conditions and territory opportunities.
• Supervise, coach, and hold Account Specialists accountable for their targets and activities.
• Monitor territory performance and take corrective action when targets or KPIs are not met.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor customers, sales activities, market conditions, and competitor activity.
• Identify opportunities for customer acquisition, territory expansion, and increased product sales.
• Ensure proper implementation of company sales programs, promotions, and strategies within the region.
• Prepare regional sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for Management.
• Communicate field issues and market insights to Management and recommend appropriate solutions.
