Job summary

Level Up Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to drive nationwide sales across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao for a growing FMCG client. You will build and lead distributors and field teams to meet revenue and market-share targets.

You will monitor performance, analyze metrics, coordinate with marketing, operations, supply chain and finance, and ensure consistent execution of trade programs and pricing.

• Lead, coach, and manage high-performing sales teams to drive productivity, accountability, and business growth.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and implement action plans to improve results and achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, and customers to expand market presence and strengthen partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with marketing, operations, supply chain, and finance objectives.
• Oversee sales forecasting, territory planning, budgeting, and performance reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure consistent execution of sales programs, trade promotions, pricing strategies, and company policies across all regions.
• Conduct regular field visits to support sales teams, assess market conditions, identify opportunities, and ensure operational excellence.
