Lead strategic planning for sales targets, territory segmentation, coverage, and resource allocation.
Oversee the execution of district and regional business plans to ensure consistent achievement of defined goals.
Ensure strong sales performance through hands-on leadership, data-driven evaluation, and relationship management.
Achieve regional sales targets and ensure full contribution from District Sales Managers (DSMs) and Professional Medical Representatives (PMRs).
Ensure effective customer coverage and compliance with promotional activity guidelines.
Leverage performance dashboards and KPIs to assess progress, drive accountability, and course-correct when needed.
Be a key player in enhancing brand trust and market impact.
Build strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare institutions.
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure product availability, regulatory compliance, and market responsiveness.
Lead and inspire your team through coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
Recruit, train, and mentor DSMs and PMRs to achieve business and personal growth targets.
Set clear expectations, conduct joint field visits, and provide continuous feedback through structured performance reviews.
Create individualized development plans, coach underperformers, and build a pipeline of "Ready Now" leadership talent.
Step beyond your region and contribute to broader organizational goals.
Lead initiatives to streamline processes, optimize performance, and support national projects as needed.
Ensure compliance with all industry and company standards in all interactions and deliverables
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any Science-related course.
Minimum 7 years of experience in sales management, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity in a sales-driven or pharmaceutical organization.
Must have strong pharmaceutical experience managing the Pain portfolio, with demonstrated knowledge of pain products, treatment landscape, HCP engagement, and market dynamics.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets, developing talent, and driving business results.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
