The Sales and Marketing Director will lead the company's commercial strategy, driving sales growth, market expansion, and brand development across the pharmaceutical portfolio. The role will oversee the Sales & Marketing functions and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute overall Sales & Marketing strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Sales and Marketing teams to deliver commercial targets.
• Drive revenue growth, market share, product penetration, and business expansion.
• Develop and implement product, brand, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer insights, and industry developments to identify opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, healthcare professionals, distributors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance, budgets, forecasts, and key commercial KPIs.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Medical, Supply Chain, Finance, and other functions to ensure effective product execution.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential markets for growth.
• Ensure all Sales and Marketing activities comply with relevant pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Proven track record in leading commercial teams and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, customer landscape, and commercial strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
