Job summary

UGREEN is seeking a Senior Retail Operations Manager to plan and drive nationwide retail sales targets across multi-brand stores, kiosks, and exclusive stores. You will oversee store operations, customer experience, and channel expansion, ensuring consistent standards and growth.

The role requires strong data analysis, KPI tracking, and leadership of regional teams, including promoter staff, with a focus on market-responsive strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant retail experience.
• Familiar with multi-brand stores, kiosks, and exclusive stores.
• Strong sales target management and data analysis.
• Experience managing regional teams nationwide including promoter teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual retail sales targets across formats.
• Oversee nationwide retail operations; set service and display standards.
• Break down targets by region/store; monitor performance and improve.
• Manage promoter/sales team; establish training and evaluation systems.
• Lead nationwide retail channel expansion; optimize store locations and coverage.
• Analyze KPIs: revenue, per-store sales, average transaction value, conversion rate, turnover; drive improvements.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategy accordingly.
