Qualifications

• 3–4 years in retail management with regional or multi-site experience
• Proven track record of managing multiple retail locations and achieving sales targets
• Strong leadership and people management skills to inspire store-level teams
• Experience in budget management and cost control in retail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and revenue growth through effective strategies and promotional initiatives
• Monitor and analyse store-level performance metrics such as sales, profitability, inventory turnover and customer satisfaction
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of store managers and supervisors to foster excellence
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and regulatory requirements across locations
• Implement and oversee regional marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Manage budgeting, financial planning and cost control to maximise profitability
• Conduct store visits and audits to assess conditions and adherence to standards
• Address operational challenges and implement corrective actions promptly
• Collaborate with head office to align with corporate strategy
• Recruit, train, and retain quality personnel for store management roles
