Job summary

UGREEN is seeking a Senior Retail Operations Manager to plan and drive nationwide retail sales targets across multi-brand stores, kiosks, and exclusive stores. You will oversee store operations, customer experience, and channel expansion, ensuring consistent standards and growth.

The role requires strong data analysis, KPI tracking, and leadership of regional teams, including promoter staff, with a focus on market-responsive strategies.

Qualifications

Responsible for the planning and operation of UGREEN’s retail business, with a focus on achieving sales targets. Oversee nationwide retail operations, store operations, and promoter teams. Establish consistent store operation and service standards to continuously drive the growth of UGREEN’s retail business.

Job Description

1. Develop and manage the annual retail sales targets across various retail formats, including multi‑brand stores, kiosks, and exclusive stores.

2. Oversee the operations of retail nationwide, including multi‑brand stores, kiosks, and exclusive stores. Establish and continuously improve standards for store operations, customer service, product display, sales, and after‑sales service.

3. Break down sales targets by region and individual store. Continuously monitor sales performance, analyze performance gaps, and develop improvement plans.

4. Manage the promoter/sales representative team and establish training and performance evaluation systems.

5. Lead the nationwide retail channel expansion strategy. Optimize store locations, coverage, and channel structure based on market potential.

6. Regularly analyze key performance indicators, including sales revenue, sales per store, average transaction value, conversion rate, and inventory turnover. Develop improvement initiatives to enhance overall retail efficiency.

7. Monitor market trends, consumer needs, and competitor activities, and adjust retail strategies promptly in response to market changes.

Job Requirements

1. language proficiency, fluent in English; bachelor’s degree is preferred.

2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in the retail industry, with experience in retail business or large‑scale retail channel operations management.

3. Familiar with various retail formats, including multi‑brand stores, exclusive stores, and kiosks, with strong capabilities in store operations and retail terminal management.

4. Strong sales target management and data analysis skills, with the ability to identify performance gaps and develop improvement plans based on key metrics such as sales revenue, sales per store, average transaction value, conversion rate, and inventory turnover.

5. Proven experience in managing regional teams nationwide, including promoter team management, training, and performance management.
