This onsite role in BGC, Taguig City focuses on senior-level relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, and program execution throughout the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in B2B/Enterprise ICT or technology sales.
• Experience managing Mid-Market or Enterprise accounts.
• Proven sales, retention, and revenue growth credentials.
• Experience working with channel partners or partner-led models.
• Strong lifecycle management and retention knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Mid-Market and key business customers.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Act as primary escalation point for accounts.
• Conduct regular engagement: reviews, welcome calls, health checks.
• Align solutions to customer objectives and expand share of wallet.
