Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks an Associate Relationship Manager to oversee Manila-based RM team and manage enterprise accounts across Australia and the Philippines. Onsite role with day shift, focusing on strategic account management and revenue growth.

You will mentor Relationship Managers, develop RM processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B account management, preferably in Telco/ICT.
• 2+ years in a team lead or supervisory role with coaching/mentoring.
• Strong enterprise sales cycle knowledge and best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with focus on measurable results.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic account plans and oversee a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
• Mentor and coach Relationship Managers to achieve targets and drive growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and Support for seamless customer experience.
• Develop processes and tools for a new relationship management function.
• Participate in joint customer meetings to provide strategic oversight.
