Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director in Bacolod City to lead the HR department and drive people-focused initiatives for organizational growth. The role balances strategic planning with hands-on execution in a full-time, Monday-to-Friday setting.

You will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, performance, training, and compliance, fostering an inclusive, high-performing workplace.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Masters degree preferred for senior leadership.
• Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and serve as advisor to executives.
• Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Oversee recruitment and succession planning to attract and retain top talent.
• Employee Relations & Culture: Promote a positive workplace culture and handle employee relations issues.
• Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure HR legal compliance and maintain policies and reporting.
• Performance & Development: Implement PM systems and develop leadership pipelines.
