Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Bacolod is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to lead day-to-day HR operations, maintain employee records, and support onboarding, recruitment, and training initiatives. The role emphasizes partnership with managers to drive HR programs and ensure compliance with labor laws.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of people management experience and a strong background in HR functions, employee relations, and HRIS usage, all within an onsite work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR-related field (Psychology, HRM, BA, or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of people management experience.
• Experience as HR Generalist or HR Officer or similar role.
• Broad knowledge of HR functions: recruitment, employee relations, training, compensation & benefits, compliance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day HR operations, employee records, HRIS updates, and HR documentation.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding from posting to orientation.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives.
• Handle employee relations and resolve concerns with fair processes.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government regulations.
• Prepare HR reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Partner with managers to drive HR initiatives and workforce planning.
