Lewis Personnel Management is hiring a full-time, home-based Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling calls, emails, and messages across TikTok Shop and eBay to help track, place, and enquire about orders.

You will use Veeqo to check orders, stock levels, and shipments and work closely with the warehouse team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

ROLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - REMOTE

Reports to: Warehouse & Office Manager

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Location: Remote (work from home)

About the Role

We are looking for a full-time, home-based Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inbound and outbound phone calls, respond to emails, and manage customer messages across TikTok Shop and eBay — helping customers track, place, and enquire about their orders. This role reports to the Warehouse & Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls promptly and professionally, with clear, confident spoken English
• Help customers place new orders and answer pre-sales enquiries
• Track and update customers on the status of existing orders
• Respond to customer emails in a timely, accurate manner
• Monitor and reply to messages via TikTok Shop and eBay
• Use Veeqo to look up orders, stock levels, and shipment/tracking information
• Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating where appropriate
• Keep accurate notes/records of customer interactions
• Work closely with the warehouse and office team to ensure a smooth customer experience

Requirements

• Fluent English speaker, both written and spoken, with a clear and confident telephone manner

• Customer Service Representative with experience handling customer orders, order processing, and e-commerce transactions preferred
• Other European languages an advantage, but not essential
• Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable and confident using everyday technology and software; experience with Veeqo (or similar order/stock management systems) is a plus

• Good written communication skills for email and social/marketplace messaging
• Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple queries at once
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote role

Working Arrangements

• Full-time role: 40 hours per week
• Fully remote / work from home
• Candidates must have a good, reliable internet connection
• Candidates must already have suitable equipment to work from home (e.g. laptop, headset)
