Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management is hiring a full-time, home-based Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling calls, emails, and messages across TikTok Shop and eBay to help track, place, and enquire about orders.

You will use Veeqo to check orders, stock levels, and shipments and work closely with the warehouse team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear telephone manner.
• Experience handling customer orders and e-commerce transactions.
• Proactive, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Veeqo or similar stock/order systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with placing new orders and pre-sales inquiries.
• Track and update status of existing orders.
• Respond to customer emails and social/marketplace messages.
• Monitor and reply to messages on TikTok Shop and eBay.
• Look up orders, stock levels, and shipments in Veeqo.
• Resolve issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Coordinate with warehouse/office team to ensure a smooth experience.
